Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

International orders, if available: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is available.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number is issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
PawLux Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PawLux Pro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered and you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building office, or the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your case.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We may not be able to ship to certain countries, regions, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or remote areas.
